When your CEO, Joe Smith, flies out on your G5 with Tail # N729XX - take comfort knowing that we are aware he's allergic to peanuts, and his filet mignon will need to be heated in the oven, not the microwave!
We also understand that sometimes it's "whisper down the lane" for ordering: your VIP guest dictates the order to their assistant, who then emails you - who in-turn deciphers and emails us. You can rest assured that when you order the Asian Chicken Sandwich, we'll call to confirm it's not for Joe Smith, because that dish contains peanuts! Upon request, we'll even send you text or email alerts.

We are aware of all of the behind-the-scene emails and phone calls to check availability & price, not to mention the stress and anxiety worrying whether the food is prepared to specifications and/or will be delivered on time. The Meals-Up staff has taken steps to ensure an easy-going and worry free process every time. We have never missed a deadline!

Our menus are a guideline - meant to suggest popular items, and help in your decision of what is generally available. When we tell people this, it's often met with a snicker. But those in this business understand. We respect that our clients are used to a certain level of indulgence; their tastes discerning, and their expectations elite.
We also respect that sometimes, casual is the name of the game - and a turkey sandwich is all you want. Other times, you may want breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and to pull out all the stops. Meals-Up is familiar with those requirements - and everything in between. Because we see our menu as a guideline, we encourage customer culinary diversity. We strive to meet the challenges put upon us on a daily basis with your requests - and we thrive on our ability to fulfill them.
